Google cache link to a policeman's blog about what they've been told re: photography. (blog presumably removed following Night Jack Fiasco.) Key quote: "What we are definitely not supposed to do is delete your photos from your camera. If an officer really thinks your photos are being used for terror purposes, deleting them would be destroying the evidence (and probably criminal damage to boot). If the officer does not believe you are a terrorist as a result of the search, then he or she should return the camera and the rest of your belongings, give you a record of the search, thank you very much for your time, smile and move on."
