This bunch have one of their two albums for sale via iTunes. Not the same one that's playing on their Myspace, mind. Wouldn't do to let the customer buy what they know they've heard and like. Slightly goth sound, but being slightly goth myself, I quite liked it. Also, their website, while pretty is a flash and popups based monster with games that distract from the music, and if I ever find their designer, I will hurt them. Operations like this pair that make me want to get back into the music biz, with a hammer of some kind. It's simple: accessible, standards compliant website. High quality MP3s for direct sale at under ten dollars an album, physical product available for more. Merchandise, tour dates. Band profile. Set up tags on flickr, youtube and wherever for fans to upload content into to get pulled into the site as if by magic. A flash game or two, if you absolutely have to give into the fuckwits from marketing on something. Bosh. Professional Job -> Profit!
